Questions people ask

When should I book a summer rental?

As early as you can. July and August are the busiest and most expensive months on the coast, so the homes with pools and views are taken first.

How do I know a holiday rental is legal?

In Andalusia a home let to holidaymakers must be registered with the regional tourism register, and its listing shows that registration number. It starts with VUT, or VFT on older registrations. Ask for it before you pay a deposit.

Can I rent while I look to buy?

Yes, and it is a good way to get to know an area. Put both in one enquiry and the Amberline team handles both.

Who owns the rentals?

The homes belong to private owners. The Amberline team arranges your booking and is your point of contact before and during your stay.
